11.11 and White Friday 2026: A Sale-Season Marketing Plan for Pakistani Small Businesses

Plan your 11.11 and White Friday 2026 sales in Pakistan: key dates, PKR ad budgets, WhatsApp setup, COD return fixes and a day-by-day calendar.

11.11 and White Friday 2026: A Sale-Season Marketing Plan for Pakistani Small Businesses

Daraz has already put the dates on its homepage. The main 11.11 sale opens at 8 pm on Tuesday, 10 November 2026 and runs until Saturday, 21 November, as Pakera reported from Daraz's own banner. Black Friday, which many Pakistani brands call White Friday, falls on 27 November this year, according to Storelala's seller guide. That gives a small business roughly three weeks when buyers expect a deal and are actively hunting for one.

If you run a clothing brand, a skincare line, a gadget store or a home-based business that sells through Instagram and WhatsApp, this guide is your 11.11 sale marketing plan for Pakistan. It covers the offer, the website, WhatsApp, ad budgets in rupees, cash-on-delivery returns and a day-by-day calendar. You can start on it today.

Why 11.11 deserves your attention this year

Search data shows how sharp this season is. On Google Trends for Pakistan, interest in "11.11 sale" sits near zero for most of the year, then spikes hard in the second week of November. In 2025 it peaked in the week of 9 to 15 November. Interest in "black friday sale" peaked two weeks later, in the week of 23 to 29 November. When we pulled the data on 5 November 2026, the current week was already climbing, and rising related searches included "11.11 sale pakistan", "daraz 11.11 sale", "11.11 sale on brands" and "11.11 sale shoes".

Two things follow from that pattern:

  • Demand comes in two waves. 11.11 first, White Friday second. Plan two short bursts instead of one long, tired campaign.
  • Shoppers search by brand and category, not just by Daraz. "11.11 sale on brands" and "11.11 sale shoes" show that people look for brand-run sales too. A small brand with its own store or Instagram page can catch some of that demand. What Pakistani online shoppers look like in 2026

Know who is on the other side of the screen before you spend.

So your buyers are mobile, social and comfortable with wallets for some things, but most will still want to pay cash when the parcel arrives. Your plan has to work with COD, not against it.

Step 1: Fix your offer before you spend a rupee on ads

A weak offer with a big ad budget just loses money faster. Settle three things first.

Work out your real margin

Take one product and do the math on paper. Here is an example with round numbers. Replace them with your own.

  • Sale price: Rs 3,000
  • Product cost and packaging: Rs 1,300
  • Courier charges: Rs 250
  • Return allowance (if one order in five comes back, spread the lost shipping across all orders): Rs 100
  • Ad cost you can afford per order: whatever is left after your minimum profit

In this example, Rs 1,350 is left before ads. If you want at least Rs 500 profit per order, you can spend up to Rs 850 on ads to win each sale. Write that number down. It is your ceiling, and every ad decision later depends on it.

Pick an offer people can understand in two seconds

"Flat 20% off" or "Buy 2, get 1 free" works better than a long list of conditions. Bundles are often safer than deep discounts because they raise order value and protect margin. Free delivery above a set amount (say Rs 2,500) also nudges people to add one more item.

Be honest with your "before" price

Raising the crossed-out price a week before the sale is an old trick, and shoppers screenshot prices to catch it. If you get caught, the comments under your ad will say so. Keep your regular price where it was and discount from there.

Step 2: Get your store and WhatsApp ready this week

Ads send people somewhere. If that place is slow or confusing, you pay for clicks that never turn into orders.

Website or landing page checklist

  • Test your site on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data, not office Wi-Fi. If a product page takes more than a few seconds to show the price and the button, fix images first.
  • Put the sale price, delivery time and delivery charges above the fold.
  • Show COD clearly, and show wallet or card options if you have them.
  • Keep the checkout form short: name, phone, city, address. Drop anything you do not need.
  • Add your WhatsApp number on every product page with a pre-filled message such as "Assalam o Alaikum, I want to order [product name]".
  • Check that sizes and stock are accurate. Overselling during a sale creates cancellations and angry reviews.
  • Install the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (both free) so you can see which ads lead to orders.

Selling only on Instagram? A simple Shopify or WooCommerce page for your top 10 sale products still gives you a clean ad link and a place to track results.

WhatsApp Business setup

The free WhatsApp Business app handles most of what a small seller needs:

  • Catalogue: add your sale products with prices so people can browse inside the chat.
  • Quick replies: save answers for "price?", "delivery charges?", "COD available?" and "size chart?" so you can reply in seconds.
  • Labels: tag chats as "new inquiry", "confirmed", "dispatched" and "returned". This becomes your order tracker during the rush.
  • Greeting and away messages: set them so nobody waits in silence at 1 am.

If you send promotional messages in bulk through the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API used by tools like Interakt, WATI or others), know the cost. Meta charges per delivered message, and the marketing rate for Pakistani numbers is listed at US$0.0473, or about Rs 13 per message, under Meta's rate card effective 1 October 2026. So 1,000 sale announcements cost roughly Rs 13,000. Send them only to people who opted in and have bought or asked before, not to a purchased list.

Step 3: Build a small, sensible ad plan

You need the right sequence more than a huge budget.

Suggested PKR budgets

These are starting points we use when planning for small businesses, not guarantees. Adjust to your margin ceiling from Step 1.

  • Starter (about Rs 15,000 for the season): one Meta campaign for 11.11, one for White Friday. Mostly retargeting people who already know you.
  • Growing (about Rs 50,000): add a prospecting campaign for new buyers, a Click-to-WhatsApp campaign, and a small Google Search budget on your brand name.
  • Established (Rs 150,000 and above): add TikTok, more creative variations, and separate campaigns for your best-selling category.

Split the money roughly like this: 20 percent in the warm-up (5 to 9 November), 45 percent from 10 to 21 November, and 35 percent for White Friday week.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Meta is still the main paid channel for most Pakistani small businesses. Three campaign types matter in sale season:

  1. Warm-up video views or engagement (5 to 9 November). Short Reels showing the products that will be on sale. This builds a cheap audience you can retarget later.
  2. Click-to-WhatsApp ads (10 November onward). Many Pakistani buyers would rather ask a question in a chat than fill out a form. There is also a cost benefit if you use the WhatsApp Business Platform: when a customer messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad and you reply in time, Meta opens a free entry point window of up to 7 days in which your marketing, utility and service messages to that person are not charged.
  3. Retargeting sales campaigns. Show the offer to people who watched your videos, visited your site or messaged you in the last 30 to 60 days. This is usually where small budgets earn the most.

Creative tips that suit this season:

  • Lead with the offer in the first second: "11.11: Flat 25% off all lawn suits".
  • Use real phone footage. A hand unboxing your product often beats a polished graphic.
  • Write in the language your comment section speaks: Roman Urdu, Urdu or English.
  • Run three or four versions of each ad. Turn off losers after two or three days, not two hours.

TikTok

TikTok Shop is not open to local sellers in Pakistan as of the latest checks, so ignore anyone selling a "TikTok Shop Pakistan" shortcut for this sale. TikTok ads still let you reach a very large adult audience and send people to your website or WhatsApp. New to TikTok ads? Test small, using your best-performing Reel.

Google Search

Sale-season searches are very specific. Run a small Search campaign on your brand name plus terms like "[your brand] sale" or "[your brand] 11.11". If people search for you and find a competitor's ad first, you lose a buyer who already wanted you.

Step 4: Cut cash-on-delivery returns

COD is where sale profit quietly disappears. A refused parcel means you pay courier charges twice and the item is stuck for days. These steps cost little and help a lot.

  1. Confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch. Send the item, size, price and address, and ask the buyer to reply "Confirm". No reply within a day, no dispatch.
  2. Call orders above a certain value. For anything over, say, Rs 5,000, a 30-second call is worth it.
  3. Offer a small reward for advance payment. For example, Rs 100 off or free delivery for Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer. Given how widely digital wallets are already used, some buyers will take it.
  4. Watch for repeat refusers. Keep a simple sheet of phone numbers that refused parcels before, and ask them for advance payment.
  5. Send a dispatch message with the tracking number. Buyers who know a parcel is coming are less likely to be "not at home".
  6. Make your size chart and real photos easy to find. Many returns happen because the product looked different from what the buyer expected. Courier handing a cash-on-delivery parcel to a customer at a green gate in a Karachi street

Step 5: If you sell on Daraz

11.11 is Daraz's own campaign, and the rules on discounts, vouchers and which sellers can join come from Daraz Seller Center. Read the campaign notices there before agreeing to anything. A few practical points:

  • Do the margin math from Step 1 with Daraz's commission and fees for your category before you commit a product to the campaign.
  • Daraz tells shoppers to collect vouchers before checkout. Use your store vouchers and followers' vouchers so your listing benefits from that habit.
  • Stock up early. Running out on the first night means your listing sinks just as demand peaks.

Have your own website too? Keep a few exclusive bundles there, where you keep the full margin.

Your day-by-day sale calendar

  1. 5 to 7 November: finish margin math, pick sale products, shoot 6 to 10 short videos, set up WhatsApp catalogue and quick replies.
  2. 7 to 9 November: launch warm-up video ads. Post a "sale coming" teaser on Instagram and in your WhatsApp Status. Collect interested numbers.
  3. 10 November, evening: go live. Switch ads to the sale offer. Send one WhatsApp announcement to opted-in customers.
  4. 11 to 14 November: usually the busiest stretch. Reply fast, confirm orders the same day, and move budget to ads that produce orders.
  5. 15 to 21 November: retarget people who messaged but did not buy. Try a "last days" message near the end.
  6. 22 to 26 November: review results, refresh creative, restock bestsellers.
  7. 27 November to end of month: run your White Friday offer, with a slightly different angle from 11.11 so it does not feel repeated.
  8. Early December: thank buyers and ask for reviews.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Starting ads on the day of the sale. You lose the cheap warm-up audience you could have built in the week before.
  • Ignoring messages for hours. A buyer who waits too long orders elsewhere.
  • Discounting everything. Leave new arrivals at full price.
  • Not tracking anything. If you cannot tell which ad brought which order, you cannot improve next time.

Frequently asked questions

When does the Daraz 11.11 sale 2026 start and end?

The main sale starts at 8 pm on 10 November 2026 and ends on 21 November, according to Daraz's banner as reported by Pakera. Brands running their own 11.11 sales on their websites may use different dates.

When is White Friday 2026 in Pakistan?

Black Friday falls on 27 November 2026. Pakistani brands often call it White Friday and many run the offer for a full week or longer.

How much should a small business spend on Facebook ads for 11.11?

There is no fixed number. Start from your margin: work out how much you can spend to win one order and still make a profit, then multiply by the number of orders you want. Many small sellers start with Rs 15,000 to Rs 50,000 for the whole season and scale up only what works.

Is TikTok Shop available in Pakistan?

Not for local sellers at the time of writing. Pakistan is not listed among TikTok Shop's local seller markets. You can still run TikTok ads that send buyers to your website, Daraz store or WhatsApp.

Should I offer cash on delivery during the sale?

Yes, for most businesses. Most online shoppers in Pakistan still prefer it. Protect yourself with WhatsApp order confirmation, a small reward for advance payment and a list of numbers that refused parcels before.

Wrapping up

November sales in Pakistan follow a predictable shape: a climb, a peak around 11.11, a dip, then White Friday. The winners are rarely the biggest spenders. They know their margin, make a clear offer, answer WhatsApp quickly and confirm orders before the courier leaves.
